About goLGU
goLGU is a web-based ERP application built for local government units in the Philippines. Developed by Dyn Edge Phils, Inc., it connects all major LGU departments through a single centralized system, cutting down paperwork, reducing processing time, and helping local government offices serve their constituents better.
What goLGU Does
goLGU covers the full range of LGU departmental operations through integrated modules, including:
- Business Permit Licensing, with compliance to Republic Act 11032 (Anti-Red Tape Act)
- Planning and Development, Engineering and Occupancy, and Real Property Assessment
- Health and Safety, Civil Registrar, and Traffic Management
- Treasury, Cashier, Finance, and Accounting
- Human Resource, Procurement, and Payroll
- Agriculture, Veterinary, Economic and Investment, and Training Center
Each module connects to a shared core, so data flows between departments without duplication or manual re-entry.
Key Features
Online Approvals. Department heads and mayors can approve permits and applications digitally, without requiring physical presence.
E-Signature Support. Documents can be signed electronically with secure, digitalized signature options built into the workflow.
Automated Assessments and Fee Calculations. The system calculates fees, taxes, and charges automatically based on current government standards, including the National Building Code and PSIC classifications.
Real-Time Monitoring. Transactions across all departments are trackable in real time, from initial request to final issuance.
Cloud Storage. All document attachments are stored securely in the cloud, reducing reliance on physical filing systems.
Payment Integration. Supports both over-the-counter and online payment options, with direct integration to treasury and accounting reports.
Security. Multiple layers of protection cover system access, including user roles, password controls, email and SMS notifications, and hacking prevention measures.
Who We Are
goLGU is a product of Dyn Edge Phils, Inc., based at 1158 Chino Roces Ave., San Antonio, Makati, Philippines. The team includes IT engineers, business analysts, and helpdesk support staff available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Our goal is straightforward: give local governments the tools to run their offices more efficiently and serve their communities with less friction.
